Print Analysis recommends tests and repair paths. It does not silently edit your geometry or send files to a printer.

Plan a better-fitting part.

Build a measurement, CAD, and fit-prototype checklist. This tool does not create CAD or a replacement file.

Photo storage and analysis boundary

The current plan uses the written measurements and description. Photo submission and storage are unavailable in this workflow.

How to photograph and measure the part
Photo and measurement guide for a broken bracket An illustrative bracket with two holes, a broken edge, a ruler alongside, and a separate side view. Record overall width, thickness, and hole-center spacing with units. Include the mating face in a photograph. Whole part + mating face + ruler Hole centers Overall width Side Measure thickness from the side.
Illustration, not a measured part. Photograph the whole part and the surface it fits against; keep a ruler in the same plane. A photo helps explain shape, but cannot establish an accurate fit.

Record measured values when possible. Mark estimates and unknowns, include units, and measure hole spacing center to center. For a load-bearing, hot, electrical, or safety-critical part, get qualified review before making or using a replacement.

Part & measurements

Include units (for example, mm) and say which values are measured, estimated, or unknown. For hole spacing, state whether you measured center to center.

Measurements are required to validate fit. Label each size, screw spacing, and thickness as measured, estimated, or unknown.

Preview the key finding, then decide. Free preview returns the rule-based key finding and next-check guidance. Free preview does not use a credit. Sign in before requesting Premium Analysis; account access is checked before a full plan. Premium Analysis may send your written case details and rule-matched findings to the configured AI provider to select a hypothesis. It does not send the uploaded photo or model bytes to AI. The rule-based plan remains available if AI is unavailable.
