Start from a model bounding box.
Review the worked arithmetic and generic tray-shell example while new file-derived template generation is paused. This tool does not design or validate protective packaging.
File submission is paused for this tool.
You can review the template example and dimension guidance below. This tool cannot accept a model right now, including after sign-in.
Two rectangular tray shells, two layout guides, and exact input notes.
The sample below shows the bounding-box arithmetic and generated template files. Any real template still needs a physical fit test.
For this arithmetic example, a 40 × 25 × 12 mm box with user-entered 3 mm clearance, 2.4 mm wall/base, and 12 mm outer allowance produces 50.8 × 35.8 × 11.4 mm tray shells and a 74.8 × 59.8 × 46.8 mm calculated outer allowance.
This is a reproducible arithmetic and file-generation example, not a shipping design. New file-derived generation is paused; any eventual real template still needs dimension checks, a prototype, and an appropriate physical package test.
