Copyright notice and counter-notice

Use this page for a copyright complaint about material available through 3D Print Pass, or for a counter-notice after your material was removed or disabled.

Designated-agent registration is not yet published

This form creates a durable rights-review case, but 3D Print Pass does not claim a completed or verified U.S. Copyright Office designated-agent registration for its operator. Registration and the public agent record remain a launch-readiness item.

Before you submit

Identify the copyrighted work clearly.
Give each exact page, post, file, or URL that should be reviewed.
Use a counter-notice only for material that was removed or disabled and that you believe was mistaken or misidentified.
Do not include passwords, payment-card data, government identification, or unrelated personal information.

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice or counter-notice can create legal consequences. If you are unsure, obtain advice from your own lawyer.

For a copyright notice, select the first two statements. For a counter-notice, select the last two.

I state under penalty of perjury that this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

I state under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.

I consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district where my address is located, or, if my address is outside the United States, any judicial district where 3D Print Pass may be found, and I will accept service of process from the original notifier or that person's agent.
